What Ile De Ifa is

A place to read about the Odù and to book consultations with Babalawos. The Babalawos are independent; Ile De Ifa does not perform readings itself.

Spiritual guidance is not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice.

Your account

Give true details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if someone else gets into your account. One person per account.

Booking and payment

The price, length and cancellation rules of a consultation are shown before you book. Payment is taken through Stripe.

Ile De Ifa keeps a platform fee from each paid consultation, at the rate of the Babalawo's plan when the booking was made; the rest goes to the Babalawo. Clients pay the listed price, with no separate booking fee.

For Babalawos

Babalawos are reviewed before they appear. You are responsible for the guidance you give, for keeping what clients tell you confidential, and for your own taxes.

How to behave

No harassment, threats, fraud or impersonation, and no sharing what someone told you in confidence. Report problems to us; we may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

Teachings and what you write

Teachings are published only after review, with their sources. You keep the rights to what you write; you let us show it where you posted it.

Leaving

You can delete your account at any time from your data page. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change applies.
